Registration fee

The ₹9 registration fee is a seat-reservation commitment fee for a live online session. Because your seat and participant access are prepared in advance, the fee is generally non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.

If you cannot attend

Tell us on WhatsApp before the session starts and we will move your seat to the next scheduled session at no extra cost.

If we cancel or reschedule

If the session is cancelled and not rescheduled, your ₹9 will be refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days.

Duplicate or failed payments

Amounts debited twice, or debited for a payment that did not complete, are refunded in full. Share the Razorpay payment reference with us on WhatsApp and we will process it.
